EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return your order. You must return the Holas Beachwear products to the Holas Beachwear Shop Online in perfect conditions.

The Holas Beachwear products should not have been worn or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned in the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product.

You must also return the original invoice. Holas Beachwear Shop Online will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the products are on your/customer responsibility. 

Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 20 business days at the latest, after Holas Beachwear receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note, that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by Holas Beachwear Shop Online.

Holas Beachwear accepts exchanges and returns of unused items within 14 days from the date of receipt.

During Sales season, Holas Beachwear doesn't accept returns, only accepts exchanges of unused items within 14 days from the date of receipt. Exchanges can be done regarding size or style reference within same or superior price range.

In case of exchange, Holas Beachwear Shop Online will not add additional charges for shipping of the new items.
