In case of discrepancies between your delivery address and your chosen shipping fee, the order will not be validated.
You will receive an e-mail stating that an error had occurred with your purchase, allowing you to be fully refunded.
Please note: International customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for exchanges as well as any taxes and/or duties related to their order.
Holas Beachwear Shop cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
Holas Beachwear Shop will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages.
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return your order. You must return the Holas Beachwear products to the Holas Beachwear Refund department in perfect conditions.
The Holas Beachwear products should not have been worn or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned in the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product.
You must also return the original invoice. Holas Beachwear Shop will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the products are on your/customer responsibility.
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 20 business days at the latest, after Holas Beachwear receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note, that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by Holas Beachwear Shop.
In the case of exchange, Holas Beachwear Shop will not add additional charges for shipping of the new items.
Exchanges and sale
Holas Beachwear accepts exchanges and returns of unused items within 14 days from the date of shipment with the exception of sale items - sale merchandise is final sale.
